Samsung Network Extender - Options for Out of Warranty Repair?

I have a Samsung Network Extender in my home, and it recently quit working. The WAN light never links up, and #48 says I'm out of range.
I realize I am out of warranty, but this is an expensive device, and I'd like to know if there are any options for service. Perhaps it's cheaper to repair than to replace?
Is there any way to send one of these to Verizon or Samsung for repair?

You'd need to contact Samsung, the manufacturer. Even though Verizon sells it to work on their network, Verizon doesn't repaid, they only sell. Same as with cellphones.

Wouldn’t that be the expected result if the Ethernet cable was bad?
