Server Error 5A

I have Spectrum ISP and got Server Error 5A when I startup for the first time. Great GPS signal. Need some help to get this fixed.

I have exactly the same issue. Brand new Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender, shipped to me by Verizon. Plugged it into my router and power. It boots and throws server error 5A. What a piece of garbage this thing is,

The MAC ID of the extender needs to be associated with your account in the network database properly.  Have you called support to have it checked? You might try 888-262-1999 for more dedicated extender support.
