verizon 4glte network extender 2 it does not work still have to go outside to talk i have a apple phone

This is not the type of experience we want you to have with your 4G LTE Network Extender 2. Allow us to gather more information to be on the same page and provide the best resolution. Is your iPhone connected to Wi-Fi when you are home? What happens when you dial #48 while in range of the Network Extender?
