Stuck on step 8a

I am trying to setup my extender and it gets stuck on step 8a?  I have reset my modem and router.  What should I do?

You have to call Verizon and have the network extender added to your account.  I had the same issue yesterday.

I'm sorry that you're stuck on a step with setting up your network extender. Allow me to help make sure we get your network extender completely activated. Thank you for doing the steps that you've done so far on your own. Let's start from the beginning so we can make sure we're not missing any steps along the way. Please use this link https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-204067/ to verify the device is connected. Does everything look good?
