I JUST switched from Sprint because "Best Network" and all. Now I have one bar, calls cut out, and texts arrive late or in bunches... inside and outside of my home with Verizon. I'm trying to work from home during this crisis and I simply can't with this service... I need help!

This is why there is a 14 day period to cancel service / return equipment. Just because Verizon works for me doesn't mean it will work the same for you.
