Verizon Samsung 4G LTE Network Extender 2 DOWN

Hello,

My Extender 2 stopped working this morning.

It stops at step 8e

It has been working fine for years.

Spent over 2 hours on phone and chat. Chat is broken and Phone is useless. Every time they transfer me to a qualified technician, the phone hangs up!

Here is the message: Failed to reach the Serving Gateway - 141.207.231.235_timeout,
Please contact Verizon Wireless Customer Care for further assistance.

Any ideas out there?

I can imagine this is frustrating, I know how much you must depend on your network extender. We want you to be able to, we want to keep you connected at all times. You are likely being bitten by this problem which is biting *all* of us... It's a major issue that needs to be fixed.
