We have very poor signal within our house so Verizon sent us a network extender. since then we have had people tell us they have tried calling us, it rang twice and went to voicemail. we never see that we even had an incoming call. Have called/chatted with verizon several times and the issue still persists.
Being able to receive calls in your home is important. Tell us, are you receiving any error codes on the Network extender? Do you have Wi-Fi calling turned on?
