I've had the Samsung Network Extender for about a year and a half, and it worked great up until about a month ago. Now, from time to time I have no signal or too weak of a signal (Like it was without the extender) to make a call or send a text. When I go down and look at the Extender, the "System" light is solid magenta, which the Quick Start Guide says means "Failure". About 30 mins ago, I tried to send a text, my phone had 3-4 bars, but it wouldn't send. Now the System light is green. What's going on? Is the device broken???

We want to ensure your network extender is working as it should be.How long has it been doing this? Did anything change: new WiFi, moved the extender, etc? Have you tried to power the extender off/on yet?
