Network extender is stuck on 11a. Have tried rebooting, reset, restart but can’t get past 11a

It is NOT a WiFi extender.  It is a 4G signal extender and there is another active thread discussing this outage with updates.

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...
