I never used the Verizon community before as a source of information, and want to learn from all of you, what do you like most about this community forum? I've already made a few snafus (started private conversations, posted in the wrong place, etc.), how did you all learn the "rules of engagement"- trial and error?

If you are familiar with other forums, the basics are similar. Finding the and reading them are the first steps. You should have been linked to them in your welcome email. The forum platform is one used by a number of companies. Explore everything. See what is being posted and how. The links along the top of the page are your important navigation tools. Home, Activity, Communications, Actions, Browse and create.
