FTC: T-Mobile Took Hundreds of Millions of Bogus Charges on Phone Bills
This should open numerous discussions about any carrier, including Verizon Wireless.
It's a publicity stunt. It's something to chalk onto their board for election. T-Mobile about a month or so ago started refunding these charges and gave instructions on how to claim it.
If the FTC cared they'd go after more than T-Mobile. They'd go after all the carriers and even the cable companies. However they are not.
