25+ year customers drained and disgusted

but i just don’t have the kind of time it takes to try and resolve an issue i have- right now we are stuck with a phone we only agreed to get because i was told a 30 monthly discount would be applied but after o signed the papers and sacrificed 4+ hours of my workday the discount would not be part of the deal i just signed my name to. super disgusted with the lack of accountability and GENUINE customer support I have received for the last year from verizon. How can i continue doing business with a company that I can no longer trust ??? Just don’t have the 1-4  hours of time required to get a refund and explore other available options. We are only in this situation because I once again foolishly trusted the rep from Verizon. I literally just had the correct billing from a previous billing issue $75+ that was allowed back on our bill a 3rd time - completely different issue but same headache for an issue caused from lack of transparency or knowledge on the reps end. yeah i can’t do this right now.
