Maybe it's just me, but I liked the black background in the forum header and the simple red checkmark for getting to the main Verizon website. Now, it's a bright white background and a huge red "Verizon" in the upper left corner. Unless the company is planning on changing their logo altogether, why not use the black background with white lettering and the small red checkmark, as the storefront signs do? The other options are still there in the header, but now in black font against the white background, instead of the old black background/white font. Any way to bring this back???
The large red "V" for the avatar of the VZW CS support account is also less descriptive than the previous avatar, which displayed the Verizon name and small checkmark. Sure hope the store employees won't be forced to switch to wearing shirts with a giant red "V" on the front? A certain competitor has all their store employees wear T-shirts with a huge logo filling up the front. IMO, hideous to the point I feel sorry for them.
Oh, the horror! Can't believe it. Don't look at the swag store if you have my taste in shirts. 😱
