I have been with Verizon for 12 years .Why ? No matter where I am or what the problem is, they have the best employee customer service.
Nothing is ever too much to handle. I can be a real pain once in a while when it comes to service, but all my 12 years of customer service with Verizon has been wonderful.
Nice people doing great work working for a "StandUp" company.
