It has come to my attention that Verizon is a major supporter of the Tea Party radicals who have caused this government shutdown. I do not think I should be sending my hard-earned dollars to such a corporation that puts honest people out of work, closes government services, and threatens to cripple the economy.
I call on Verizon to stop supporting the radical right immediately and to let its customers know that it has stopped this unAmerican activity. Just stick with the business which it does well, and I will stick with Verizon. If Verizon chooses to engage in political activities which harm the country, I will take my business elsewhere.
I personally would prefer to keep the political rhetoric off of these forums. There is plenty of blame here to go around for both sides of the aisle.
