Is it me or is Verizon going down?

It seems like everything month things just keep getting worse. I am not sure what they are thinking. All the things that made them better than everyone else has since long gone. Their customer service stinks. No one can seem to answer a direction question. All I get it yes understand, well I work here and even I had to do the same thing, would you like to upgrade now?
