***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Loss of channel 12 on Fios TV

I have been trying to get through to Verizon Fios to voice a complaint about losing channel 12 as of the first of the year.  At first I was able to live stream and then that was blocked as well.  My bill has not decreased but my channels have.  What is being done to correct this situation.  A very dissatisfied customer.  Is it time to look elsewhere for a mobile, internet, and cable provider?
