No text messages from FedEx

I used to get text messaged from FedEx Delivery Manager. I recently moved and needed to update my FedEx account. To do so, FedEx needed to send me a text message to verify which I did not receive. Since then, I have tried numerous times to get the message, even deleting my account and starting all over. I also had a similar issue with UPS, but eventually got their text messages. Anyone else have this issue and figured out a way to fix it?
