Where can I find the previous chat transcripts?
Hello! To download the chat transcript: Select the download icon at the bottom of the chat screen. Email the chat transcript: Select the email icon at the bottom of the chat screen. Enter email address in pop-up window. Select Send to receive a copy of the chat transcript once the conversation ends. Let us know if this information helps or if you need additional assistance. Thank you for your reply. However, the method of explanation that you mentioned is no longer available. I'm currently trying to obtain the transcript for late April.
Can you please explain how to retrieve the previous transcript, not the current one?
There isn't a way to obtain a transcript for a previous chat. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.
