Returning Customers

I switch from Verizon years ago when the cost just started to get too expensive as I got closer to retirement.  I wonder why Verizon doesn't cater more to the senior customer and making it simple for them.  Chatting to a sales rep, though it was just one, they really are not trying to capture you as a customer for Verizon.  They just answer your questions with pricing and you have to think of a question that suits your needs.   It is very black and white, they are not pushing product.  I think Verizon is missing out on grabbing the senior customers because there is no attraction for a senior citizen with the product.   All the bundling of products seems to be a the more expensive packages levels.  Plus there isn't a senior discount offered.     Seniors just need basic phone service.  They will never have a need to have 4 lines.  They just need basic internet service.  If two phone lines were offered and  bundled with internet service, and a senior discount offered with the auto pay.  I think Verizon would attract more customers that are attracted to a Consumer Celluar.
