Has anyone come across a phone number such as 303-052-0000 as a phone number before? I'm totally lost,  can't find the owner anywhere. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a marketing/sales six-digit 'short code'.  You might have accessed a site/page somewhere that triggered a text message to you.
