Here's the rub:  On prepaid Sprint MNVOs you know you will be throttled on the unlimited part.  They don't say limited except on the LTE portion.  That's fine, you already knew that going in.  But unlimited data is one thing, but clear wording about limited SPEED needs to be out there in plan details that aren't fine print.

“At Sprint, we strive to provide customers a great experience when using our network,” said Sprint CEO Marcelo Claure. “We heard you loud and clear, and we are removing the 600 kbps limitation on streaming video.”

“During certain times, like other wireless carriers, we might have to manage the network in order to reduce congestion and provide a better customer experience for the majority of our customers.”

Still, this is throttling, just not continuously at a certain limit.

Yea for one's that have it's probably not what they I'll say bargain for,  it's some what funny looking at it reading on it but I really don't know much longer the plan can survive.. O well

All carriers need to stop the word play (sophistry) game.  Unlimited data means no cap on use, unlimited speed means no cap on speed.  If they cannot afford to offer unlimited speed and data , this should be clear.  And, I don't think any company can do both right now.

"Unlimited speed" is a huge open door, so I will rephrase that to "Unlimited data speed UP TO the highest available LTE speed" since some LTE is slower than others and and 3G speeds might be all that is available in some areas and interpretation theories will run rampant with that.

Yup true in some Rural Area's all there is 3G" and in KS we have a Good Share of it.. Right next to the 4G not XLTE as time goes on and 3G goes away hopefully it will improve..

ON that note, and because I still stalk ATT forum, due to the FCC slapping a 100 million lawsuit on them for not notifying customers with unlimited data their data would be throttled after 5 GBS.

HIstory first.  5 years ago ATT stopped offering the unlimited plan and throttled users when they exceeded 5 GBS a month.  But they just stuck a note on this in the fine print.

so ATT started sending text message warnings to customers so they are " adequately notified" that they are re prioritized and may have slow data service during times of network congestion.

Now I see several  posts a week complaining about something that isn't even new.
