I just want to say thank you to the staff at Verizon Wireless. They have always treated us very well and even when we have had mistakes, they worked efficiently to resolve it for us. They are always nice to speak with on the phone and bend over backwards to keep us happy as customers. Many people hate their service provider so I think its a good opportunity to say how much I appreciate having a carrier that does right by me. Thank you!
