On Android I've always had Quad9 configured as my private DNS. Recently it is stopped working. If I change it to Cloudflare's or Google's DNS it works with no problems.
I thought maybe Quad9 was down but isn't because if I connect to wifi it works with no issues.
So my assumption is that Verizon is blocking it for some reason. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?
