Seriously Verizon, I hope you monitor your pages. You were kind enough to not be able to install port over my business line on from Vonage to a Verizon business line in my home, so I cancelled the service after you told me it was installed but numerous calls determined that you could not port my number? Out of frustration I said, great, just cancel this all together. Six months after I sell the home, I get a call saying that my line has been successfully installed? WTF? How messed up are you guys. So I call to explain that I no longer live at the residence, that it was cancelled and please cancel this order. Apologies abound, we'll take care of this this, it will take 1 billing cycle but you are fully credited for this and our apologies. Three months later I get a call from a collection agency?!? Are you serious?? So I contact you and you tell me it's closed out and balance is zero?!? Three more transfers later, I find out you had set up a completely different account for that number - AWESOME!! So I ask to have this resolved and the response is.....and I love it.....YOU need to contact the collection agency and put it into dispute, and Verizon will transfer this to the 'Board of Review" to determine what the next actions will be and I should here from them in 3 billing cycles. Who ever is considering switching to Verizon, DON"T DO IT - they have the business IQ of 45 - they don't know how to take care of their customers. Good bye Verizon, that sound you here is customers hanging up and leaving.
Well home telephone service is not handled by verizon wireless. Maybe if you knew the difference between the two you would not have ranted on the wireless forum. Try going to http://www.verizon.com and click on their forum.
If you have been calling verizon wireless for a home phone issue then I can see why you received no assistance.
