And why is this of interest? Anyone could circulate such a letter. I'm sure Verizon has lost a few disgruntled customers, but not as many as AT&T or any other provider. Verizon is growing and has the lowest churn rate, I believe.

Did you read the letter? If you had then you would know that his frustration had to do with Verizon's policies about updates to android handsets. Quite a few of the threads in the Galaxy Nexus section have to do with frustration about the lack of updates. That is why I posted it. If it was of no interest to you then move on. I'm sure there are other threads that are in desperate need of your opinions.

I skimmed it. Again, why is that letter of interest to anyone? We all know some people are disgruntled about updates. If there were 50,000 such letters, it would be significant.
