Is there a reason why one rep would tell me that my order is coming next day and then next day comes and nothing arrived? Then I call the day that my item should arrive and the amazing rep tells me that nothing has been processed and that I need to cancel and reorder it? Thankfully this rep actually looked into it so I don't have to wait more days but it is just unacceptable. Why have someone pay for next day shipping and then nothing happen? Waste of my time and money, this item was needed today the latest and now I have to wait more days for it to get processed.
