I placed order 7 times and every time it want me to take action and upload my identification but that link never works and i had to cancel order , i even went to verizon store but they couldn’t help me either and told to re order but its same thing again and again ! I GIVE UP ON IT AND GOT PHONE FROM IPHONE STORE ! Today i placed order again and it was LTE router after 30 minutes that order is on hold again ! I talked with fraud department and order department just wasted my hours on it and now its time to give up on verizon i guess ! Thats worst experience i had in my life !!!I GIVE UP!!!
