Return a device

Yall giving me all this run around mess, do not wanna even do a return shipping label for me to return a device, yall keep saying you are making one  and sending it and does it even come to me, nope, I think yall just be saying it to be saying it by getting my hopes up high to make me believe that a return shipping label gonna come my way when it does not even come to me via mail nor email, the word give up as a customer from this wireless carrier will be happening as I've started new service with a different carrier today,

All yall agents be playing games with me when it comes to sending me a return label via mail as I do not feel like I am being treated equally and if that is the case then let me disconnect my service with yall and just do away with Verizon the way I am being treated equally, why why why is this happening to me out of all these agents with this cellular phone company, as it has been 2 to 3 weeks I been asking for return label after return label and not even 1 agent has been faithful or truthful enough to send me a return label at all, this is not how I should be treated as a customer in my opinion
