Do you guys offer any kind of compensation for delay, when you advertise as free 2day shipping, when you could of just said free shipping. Specially, when you don't have have any control of the shipping company you contracted with. If you don't have confidence in your shopping partner, may be change the sign or offer some kind of compensation would be nice.
These days the phone is vital equipment for the most of your customers, who count on receiving it on time. Telling me not to worry tracking shows I will receive it tomorrow is not helping, because that was what has been said since 3 days ago.
I can't even drive out to the Verizon store to get a phone and send the late phone back in the meantime, is what you're telling me.
If many other people are experiencing delayed shipping issue, free 2day shipping is false advertising. If it only happens to very few cases, you can afford to compensate little something show apology for small or huge inconvenience it caused your customer.
