• On June 24 I upgraded a line on my account through the app. During check out a message comes up "COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASED NOW AND RECIEVE A 20O VERIZON GIFT CARD " so I completed it. I called in three times everyone said I will get it. Now I'm being told I don't qualify for it because it has to be a new number to Verizon. On the message it didn't have no terms and conditions it only said for online only.  Verizon then lost my business I feel Iike i got sc$$ from Verizon. I do have a screen shot of offer
