i recently bought a phone for $60 & the past 2 days the app keeps telling me to "take action":
"To process your order, we need you to take action.
If you've already taken this step, check your email for updates."
However, whenever I click on the "take action" link, it sends me to a page that says:
"TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'protocol')"
I tried contacting support via live chat and they told me to wait 24 hours but I'm not sure if he understood what I was asking. she kept saying I wouldn't be able to track it until 24 hours. My concern wasn't tracking the package, but rather what I need to do on my end for my order/payment to be processed.
