Was told it would be an hour maybe an hour and a half three hours ago I even settled for a phone I wasn’t looking for because it was the only one I would’ve been able to pick up today. Well we’re 20 minutes from them closing and the only email I’ve received is then telling me that they received my money And they’ll send me a text when my order is ready to pick up the phone … Now no one answering the phones. They close it at 6 o’clock. It’s 525. I ordered this phone and paid for it at 3:45pm.. even settled through a phone I wasn’t really wanting simply because I was able to get it today as it was the only one available to be picked up at the store yet here I am still no peeps from Verizon
