I ordered a phone that should've been here today , with express shipping and only received a paper basically being a pay contract. Says phone was delivered but clearly isn't.
I ordered a phone on Feb 27 with shipping overnight. I received nothing, not even notification. On Verizon chat, Ive gone onto a rabbit hole, with multiple against telling me they would "message their warehouse". Nothing. No indication of ANYTHING!
On March 8, my order was cancelled, and NOT by ME, and with zero notification.
On March 16, I was told that VERIZON can not reorder because the cancelled order has not been removed from my account! I was asked to wait patiently for 3 to 5 days...
Perhaps VERIZON uses Silicon Valley Bank!
