Business Executive Escalation's

Does anyone have a direct contact for Business Executive Escalations?  I upgraded three (3) of my business phones over a week ago via phone call.

One (1) of the business phone upgrades was delivered to the address provided within the date and time proveded and agreed to, the other two (2) business phone upgrades were not delivered to the address provided or within the date and time agreed to, and now are somewhere lost in limbo.

I have made no less than half a dozen phone calls to Business Services in the past week and no one at Verizon has followed up with me as promised.  I am now reaching a breaking point becuase this is affecting my business.

Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
