Can't Upgrade online and/or Checkout with items in Cart

I am trying to upgrade my Fios Home Internet service. The website does not allow me to select anything other than the internet speed option and none of the buttons on the other options do anything to make those options appear, even the ones that say, "Action Required". I'm able to click on the option that shows me "current plan" and "your cart" that show the list of services selected and the total amount but nothing else.

I have tried several different browsers on several different devices and all have the same issue. I went to my local store to see if they could help me upgrade in person and they told me I had to do it online.
