I ordered a new phone for same day service. They tech never showed and Verizon claimed I canceled my order. I did not and the money has been taken out of my account. I have called customer service and they told me I could go to a store and be charged AGAIN. NO THANKS! I ALREADY PAID!!! It is a new service with verizon, but they don't seem to be too worried about losing customers. This is terrible.
