Cancelled Order, Device still shipped, how to return?

I cancelled my backordered iPhone 15 pro max. Cancellation was confirmed and reflected in my account. 2 days later, the phone I cancelled arrived with no return label inside. My online account still showed it was cancelled and not scheduled to ship for 3.5 more weeks. I contacted customer service chat to return the cancelled iPhone 15 pro max. After over 30 minutes, they told me I had to go to a verizon store for the return. At the store, they told me they couldn't help me and I had to contact customer service. I called customer service and was on the phone for over an hour. The rep was very nice, but couldn't figure out how to get me a return label since when I look at my orders, it says it was cancelled and does not show a return option. However, on the rep's side it shows I still have a contract and a phone was shipped. After being on the phone with him for 1 hour 7 min and waiting on hold, the call was dropped. I received a text that customer service would call me back. They did not. How am I supposed to return this cancelled phone?!
