Cell phone discount will not process

I spent an hour with a chat to process my cart. Was for fios Gigabit internet. Was told with my home ,cell service discount & extender would be $65 per month. Every link they sent would not work. the webpage would say “
we’re unable to continue your order at this time” and gave a number to call someone in person. when I called, I spent another half hour, and that agent could not process the order either, however, if I wanted a TV service added in there, my cell phone discount would be accepted.
that means I spent an hour and a half trying to give a corporation money and got nowhere. Let’s get this done.
