Everytime I try to use the chat the load circle just spins and spins forever, I've literally let it spin for 30 minute to see if it would load and never does....I just want to know if my order I place a week ago is ever going to get shipped....I have never in my 5 year of being a verizon customer have something take so long to ship...or have these issues online....
