Back on October 12 I ordered a iPhone 15 Pro Max that I was told was back ordered and would ship on November 3rd. This was ok with me because I was out of state and wouldn’t be returning home until November 2nd. On October 25 I received notice the phone was shipped and would arrive on the 27th. I would not be home when it arrives. I contacted Verizon through chat and was able to (or so I thought) have it shipped to the address where I was staying. This morning, the 27th I was notified by UPS that the phone was out for delivery at my home address! I again contacted Verizon through chat and was told it was a glitch and it would be still delivered to the address I gave them. Well guess what, I saw on my security camera that UPS was attempting to deliver the phone. So I contacted Verizon again through chat and all they could tell me to do was cancel my order! So now I’ll need to reorder after the cancellation is finalized. The problem with that is I was upgrading early but I was able to receive a $415 credit offer that expired on the 18th. I wish there was an easier way to solve problems and be assured that problems will be solved. Very disappointing experience!
