I have not been able to complete my online order. The online agents keep attempting to place my order and it gets to where the order is about to be shipped and says On hold, take action by Nov 1st. Please review and accept the Terms and Conditions. On the order status screen. I click the button that says Review and it open a new screen and then it wants me to input the last four digits of my social security number. After I do this a orange box at the top of the screen say Terms and Conditions is accepted for this order. I then continue to try to find the status by clicking the button Find your Order. Absolutely nothing happens so j assume all is good so I check the order status again with the link on the page that says Check order status. After clicking the link the whole process repeats itself again. Please will someone help me place a successful online order I am so bummed out and frustrated as I have been trying to get a phone for 12 days. I have placed 3 orders to just have the various agent cancel the order and start over. Each time i place a order a piece of my soul is taken away. This whole process is so time consuming. I was approved for 3000 follars in credit I have a order number and location code. I have the first name of the agent. All I want is my devices. When the last time I made the current order the agents assured me my phones will be on the way. She took my phone number and said i would get a email from shipping that may ask for a copy of my ID. I havent got anything please help me somebody please I have all my credentials my Drivers License copy my social security number my address my order number location code money credit csrd debit card bank account number everything but no devices i was so happy i thought the order would go through this last time my boyfriend sold his phone already and i live 37 miles from a store i have no car or ride to get there. I just want the phones shipped please help me
