We sent in our phones for trade-ins using UPS. We were told to just drop them off and the store will box and ship. 2 months later we are told via txt they were not received and we are not getting the trade in credits. After multiple calls and txts with Verizon and the UPS store no one is willing to help nor confirm if the box had one phone or both, if the phones are in use, or if the box was empty.
UPS is unwilling to initiate a claim because it is outside of the 60 days of shipping. Verizon is telling me to go back to the shipper.
Any ideas how to contact the legal department because this might have to go the legal route?
