Hi, back in August i added a new line and upgraded 2 other lines. I was told i would get a $250 for adding the newline as well as 2 $100 Costco Shop cards for upgrading. Its been months and i have not received them.
I tried chatting and calling Verizon but they are telling me that that offer is expired? My Verizon wireless receipts clearly say 250+100+100 after i finalized the transaction. I would like to cancel my line and return my upgrades if this is a bait and switch. I expected more from Costco and Verizon.
I see several others here are having the same problem when i searched the forum.
I have been with for over 20 years. In September I upgraded my phones at a Costco VZ kiosk. I was told that I receive a $200 Costco shop card ($100 per phone. upgraded two phones). I called Costco today and they said, I have to call Verizon W. I called them and now the representative it saying they (VZ) never had that promotion. Are you kidding me? I asked to speak to a supervisor and after putting me on hold for several minutes she came back said there was no promotion at that time, however, due to my tenure with VZ they will give me a credit equivalent to what I was told towards my next bill. I am glad she did that. I am surprised that between VZ and Costco, two reputable companies, this will happen. Hope this helps someone.
