Hello. I have called and been disconnected three times over 90 minutes. Verizon customer service refuse to connect me with a supervisor and have not been able to assist me at all. The third person I spoke to refused to give me their name and hung up on me.
I cancelled an order and the status still says on the way. However, the UPS tracking link says it was returned to Verizon in Texas yesterday morning. I am unable to re order a new phone without them updating this status. Any way somebody can help because I am fed up with their customer service?
