My box was delivered today, a day early by fedex opened and empty. Ummmm it was suppose to be UPS signature required. The guy from fedex folded the flaps inside the box and placed it down, and snapped his photo. I yelled hey this is empty and he shrugged and took off.
Called Verizon for hours couldn't get a person, only Verizon AI the assistant. I tried two chats and the 2nd one took 1 hour to open a ticket and cannot tell me anything about the phone . They have not helped at all. Are they going to bill me?? Should I report it with the police?
