I have already returned my equipment when I upgraded my router and set top box. I have the receipt it was accepted for return as well as an email from Verizon on 11/28 that it was received by Verizon, but as of today 12/17 I have received two emails from Verizon threatening to charge me for unreturned equipment. Are your systems so broken that despite having received the equipment two weeks ago, it isn't registered in your threaten the customer system?
