Hello to all, business account here. After getting a version account under a non-profit account, I've had run into problems. Firstly I don't get a refundable repayment on taxed goods brought. We are a tax exempt org so any money saved to help others is important to us. After some time of poorly fighting to get some of the money back we spent on the service. Verizon ignores the rest of the issue and doesn't refund us accordingly. So as an organization, we gave up on the issue of getting any tax money refunded to us. Regardless of it being something a known thing to take care of in the Better Business Bureau.
- After conceding to that, our org asks to replace phones that gained software damage that couldn't be understood. They promptly send replacement phones for our workers, and we return the following items back. We then get emails saying that the items weren't returned. We give tracking info and data, and the problem is fixed. Then 3 months after, the problem comes back again as Verizon says the items were never returned. Charging an equipment fee of over 5 thousand dollars. Even when told about the issue of it being sent. We still gain the equipment charge. I personally need help as this problem keeps persisting even when fixed originally. I'm currently at my wits end here as Verizon has been nothing but a wall of indifferent people on the side of crummy service.
