I submitted a new phone order yesterday at 5:00pm and the app still says “processing order”
I called the store and they said it doesn’t show the order, but then they said I see the order but not in the correct place to fulfill it.
So now here I am almost 24hrs later and still no phone while using express pickup
not sure what to do

I just have the same issue. I did the order on the 28th and they charged me $180. I tried to get an information about this but noone can answer. I tried on the texting aince its easier right, wrong. One of the 6-7 reps (they kept running away) the store denied the order because it was a 3rd party store but infact its a verizon company store. I tried to cancel the order yet i cant even do that for some reason. Im going to dispute the charge and to report it to ftc and bbb.

Did you fix this brother? Having exact same issue. Now I try to link Verizon app to order placed and it says my order number doesn't exist. Yet rep last night told me it was on a 24hr hold
