Express pickup - not a good experience

I chose express pickup since the system showed it in stock. and then....... no response. i called the store and got the most unreliable answer with a lot of typical customer service sentences. the lady suggested that I cancel the order and schedule a local appointment at the SAME store,  and get the phone right away. Next time, I am buying from Apple directly.. never again from Verizon.

I went to the store without any notification. and explained the urgency to the associate named Fernando. He was very helpful and processed my order right away. Truly thankful to him. No regrets about the store.
